What we do
Taps, Toilets & Cisterns
The small jobs add up. Dripping taps and running toilets waste water and money, and they are the repairs tenants notice most. We fix them properly so they stay fixed.

Tap and toilet repairs are the bread and butter of building maintenance, and the ones that generate the most complaints when they are left. We repair and replace tapware, mixers, toilet suites and cisterns, stop the drips and the phantom flushing, and use quality parts so the same job does not come back next month. For managed properties, batching these jobs onto a planned visit keeps costs down.
Taps and mixers
Re-washering, cartridge replacement and full tap or mixer replacement, for kitchens, bathrooms and common areas.
Toilets and cisterns
Running cisterns, weak or faulty flushes, leaking pans and worn seals, repaired or replaced with reliable parts.
Water efficiency
Fixing drips and running toilets is the quickest way to cut a water bill, and we can flag fixtures worth upgrading to water-efficient models.

Questions we get asked
Is a dripping tap really worth fixing?
Yes. A single dripping tap can waste thousands of litres a year, and the repair is usually quick and inexpensive. It is one of the easiest ways to cut a water bill.
Can you replace tapware to match what is already there?
In most cases yes. We will match the existing style where we can, or recommend a reliable replacement if the original is no longer available.
Can you do several small jobs in one visit?
Absolutely. Batching minor repairs onto one planned visit is the most cost-effective way to keep a property maintained, and it is how we work with most managers.
