Burst & Leaking Pipes
A burst or hidden leak can cause expensive damage fast. We make the situation safe, find the leak (even the ones you cannot see), and repair it properly.
When a pipe bursts, the first job is to stop the damage. We respond quickly, isolate the water and make safe, then locate and repair the fault. For slow or hidden leaks, the ones showing up as a damp wall, a rising water bill or the sound of running water with everything off, we use leak-detection equipment to find the source without tearing the building apart.

I think I have a hidden leak, how do you find it?
We use acoustic and electronic leak-detection gear to trace the leak to its source, so we can open up only the section that needs repair instead of guessing.
My water bill jumped suddenly, could it be a leak?
Very often, yes. A sudden jump with no change in usage usually means a concealed or underground leak. We can locate it and confirm.
What should I do while I wait for you with a burst pipe?
Turn off the water at the meter if you can reach it safely, and switch off the power to the hot water system. That limits the damage while we are on the way.
