What we do

Blocked Drains & Drain Cleaning

Blocked drains are one of the most common, and most disruptive, plumbing problems in any building. We clear them fast and find out why they happened, so the same blockage does not keep coming back.

Blocked Drains & Drain Cleaning

A blocked drain can shut down a bathroom, a kitchen or a whole floor of a building. We attend quickly, clear the blockage with the right equipment for the job, and use a drain camera to see exactly what caused it, whether that is tree roots, a collapsed pipe, grease or a foreign object. For body corporates and managed buildings, we report back with what we found and what, if anything, needs to happen next.

Clearing the blockage

High-pressure water jetting and electric drain machines clear everything from a blocked toilet or floor waste to a main sewer line, without damaging the pipe.

Finding the cause

A CCTV drain camera shows the inside of the pipe on screen, so we can pinpoint root intrusion, cracks, sags or collapses, and give you a recorded result rather than a guess.

Stopping it happening again

Where a drain blocks repeatedly, we scope a longer-term fix, from root cutting and a maintenance schedule through to pipe repair or relining, so it stops being a recurring call-out.

What we handle

  • Blocked toilets, sinks, floor wastes and showers
  • Blocked sewer and stormwater lines
  • High-pressure water jetting
  • CCTV drain camera inspection
  • Tree-root cutting and clearing
  • Recurring-blockage diagnosis and repair

Questions we get asked

Can you clear a blocked drain the same day?

In most cases, yes. Blocked drains are a priority call-out, and we carry jetting and drain-clearing equipment on board, so we can usually clear it on the first visit.

How do you find what caused the blockage?

We run a CCTV drain camera through the line. It shows the inside of the pipe on a screen, so we can see roots, cracks or collapses exactly where they are, rather than guessing.

Why does my drain keep blocking?

Repeated blockages usually mean something structural, like tree roots, a sag in the pipe or a partial collapse. The camera tells us which, and we scope a permanent fix so it stops recurring.
