What we do
Emergency Plumbing
Some plumbing problems cannot wait until tomorrow. When a pipe bursts, a drain floods or you smell gas, we respond fast to make it safe and get it under control.

A plumbing emergency is about limiting damage and risk. We respond quickly to burst pipes, major leaks, overflowing drains, sewer backups, hot water failures and gas leaks, make the situation safe, and carry out the repair or a solid make-safe until a full repair can follow. For managed buildings, a fast, reliable emergency response is the difference between a contained incident and a major insurance claim.
Rapid make-safe
We isolate water or gas and stop the damage first, then move to repair, so a bad situation does not get worse while you wait.

Questions we get asked
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything causing damage or risk right now: a burst pipe, a major or uncontrollable leak, an overflowing drain or sewer, a failed hot water system in some cases, and any suspected gas leak.
What should I do before you arrive?
For water, turn off the mains at the meter if you can reach it safely. For gas, turn off the supply, avoid switches and flames, ventilate, and get clear. Then call us.
Can you handle a large or commercial emergency?
Yes. We are backed by Impact Plumbing full commercial capability, so even large or complex emergencies can be escalated and properly resolved.
