What we do
Backflow Prevention & Testing
If your property has a backflow prevention device, it must be tested every year by a licensed tester. We test, maintain and replace these devices and keep your compliance records in order.

Backflow prevention protects drinking water from contamination, and in Queensland testable devices must be inspected and tested annually by a licensed backflow tester, with the results lodged to the local water authority. We carry out that testing, repair or replace devices that fail, and handle the paperwork, so compliance is one less thing for managers and owners to chase. For multi-device sites, we schedule it so nothing lapses.
Annual testing and lodgement
Licensed testing of registered backflow devices, with results lodged to the relevant water authority and a record provided to you.
Repair and replacement
When a device fails its test, we repair or replace it and retest, so the property returns to compliance quickly.
Scheduled compliance
For sites with multiple devices, we track due dates and test on schedule, so testing never lapses and fines are avoided.

Questions we get asked
How often does a backflow device need testing?
Testable backflow prevention devices must be tested every twelve months by a licensed tester, with the results lodged to your local water authority.
What happens if I miss a backflow test?
Letting testing lapse can mean non-compliance notices and fines from the water authority. We track due dates for managed sites so it does not happen.
Do you handle the paperwork with the water authority?
Yes. We lodge the test results to the relevant authority and provide you with a copy for your records.
